Light Dinner, Heavy Drinking

"Oi, Borsalino."

"Eeeh? Oooooh, Ash-chan~ Is it already lunch tiiiiiime?"

"Actually, I have a bit of bad news," she said as she swept into the room. Her elbows landed on his desk before she plunked her head down onto her waiting hands.

"Eeeeeeh? That's not a good faaaaace," he teased, winking at her She snorted at his antics and smacked the brim of his hat so it tipped off his head and covered his eyes.

"Look who's talking, admiral," she said back with a grin,"But, really, I'm going to have to cancel our lunch date."

"How oooodd of Ash-chaaaaan," he whined as he fixed his hat,"Nothing too baaaaaad I hope!"

"Nah," she said, waving a hand at him lazily,"Just a short mission came up and I won't know how long I'll be gone. You're already too skinny to skip a meal!"

He sighed dramatically and whined again,"But it's not the same without you, Ash-chaaaaaan~!"

She rolled her eyes at his childish behavior and grinned,"How about dinner at my place to make it up to you? Besides, I need to talk to you about something."

His brows shot up and a glint she knew all too well came to his eyes.

"Ooooooh ooooooh," he said in a teasing manner,"If you wanted me all to yourself you could have just aaaaaaasked~ Too much female attention on me making you jealoooooous?"

"Ugh, Borsalino! You weren't suppose to find that out until AFTER I tied you to the bed!"

"Aaaah! How do I approach this dang topic," she shrieked as she rushed around the kitchen making the dinner. It was an old recipe she had found a long time ago in a small box containing other recipes. It had been inside a burnt down house and seemed a waste to leave behind. Especially since she wasn't really the best cook…

That really came down to her simple tastes in food. She liked simple little dishes. As long as it was edible and filling, she was happy. She didn't notice when a chicken breast was dry or anything!

"At least the sake's good," she thought as a knock sounded at the door.
